• We do not manufacture, store, ship, or sell any physical products directly.
• All rewards and digital points issued within the internal platform wallet system are subject to successful verification and commission payout from the partner marketplace (Shopee).

2.3 TERMINATION OF SERVICE
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to our platform for any user who violates these terms, engages in malicious behavior towards our infrastructure, or manipulates tracking systems.

PART 3: PRODUCT PURCHASE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read these Purchase Terms carefully before utilizing our redirection service to buy items on our partner platform :

3.1 TRANSACTION LOCATION & EXECUTION

• No financial transactions or order checkouts take place on the Rakyat Smart website.
• All purchases are executed entirely on the official Shopee platform.
• Payment processing, billing invoices, and order status tracking are handled exclusively by Shopee’s secure financial gateway.

3.2 REWARDS & CASHBACK VALIDATION

• To be eligible for reward tracking, users must ensure they are securely logged into their Rakyat Smart account before clicking the product link.
• The order data must be successfully transmitted to our platform via our automated server-side data logs (Automated Webhook Systems).
• If an order is canceled, returned, or refunded on Shopee, any pending or distributed reward balance associated with that transaction will be automatically voided from the user’s platform wallet.

3.3 SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND WARRANTIES

• Rakyat Smart is not responsible for product shipping delays, defective items, wrong variations, or seller disputes on Shopee.
• All customer service requests regarding product issues, returns, or refunds must be directed to the respective seller or Shopee Customer Support.

TERMS OF SERVICE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROTECTION

1. Acceptance of Terms
   By accessing and using Rakyat Smart (rakyatsmart.shop), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia and international treaties.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
   All content, visual interfaces, 3D custom grid layouts, graphics, logos, brand identities, text descriptions, and software codes displayed on this platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Rakyat Smart © 2026. Any unauthorized duplication, modification, replication, or distribution of our platform’s cashback reward layouts and mechanisms without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited and constitutes a direct violation of the comprehensive provisions of Law Number 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright.
3. Affiliate Program & Third-Party Integration
   Rakyat Smart operates as an independent loyalty platform and multi-product affiliate accumulator. We utilize automated tracking mechanisms, including, but not limited to, existing integrations. These systems are securely implemented to track eligible transactions made by users on partner apps like Shopee, solely for the purpose of automatically calculating and distributing cashback points to users’ secure digital balances.
4. Limitation of Liability
   Rakyat Smart does not process financial transactions directly on its servers, nor do we act as a banking institution. All checkout and final product payments are securely routed and processed by the respective official partner app. Rakyat Smart is not responsible for any disputes arising from product delivery, transaction failures, or merchant services handled on third-party platforms.
5. Legal Enforcement against Infringement
   We closely monitor our digital assets. Any detected attempts to clone, harvest, or automate data collection without rakyatsmart.shop’s permission will be promptly and legally pursued. This includes international DMCA takedown requests through domain registrars and formal criminal reporting to the Indonesian National Police’s Cybercrime Directorate (Bareskrim Polri) under the Information Technology Law and the Trademark Law.
